Turkey and Pepperoni Wedgie

  • 1 pizza crust – I used a Boboli premade thin-crust
  • 8 pepperoni
  • 6 slices of turkey
  • 3 slices of cheese – I used American but use your favorite
  • a little mayo and/or mustard if you like
  • toppings of your choice, i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, etc


Preheat oven to 350F

  1. Bake crust for about 5-8 minutes to get it warmed through and slightly crispy.
  2. Remove crust from oven.
  3. Cut the crust in half. On one half of the crust build your sandwich. I start with the mayo, then turkey, pepperoni and finish with cheese.
  4. Place both sides of the crust back in the oven and bake about 8 minutes. Remove the half of the crust w/o any toppings. Then turn the oven to broil and cook until cheese is starting to brown and get all bubbly. 
  5. Remove from oven and top with the other half of the pizza crust and serve while hot!
