- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 2 cups whole oats
- 1/2 cup chopped dried cherries OR dried fruit of your choice
Extra’s

Instructions
- Pour the cold heavy cream in a bowl, using a mixer, mix until fluffy. Add in the jello powder and mix until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat oven to 300F
- In a large bowl combine the maple syrup, cinnamon, sea salt and nut butter, whisk to combine. Add in the mixed nuts. Toss to combine.
- Pour out onto a parchment paper-lined, rimmed baking sheet. For clusters of granola, press together before baking.
- Bake for about 15 min or until everything starts to brown just a little. Remove from the oven and stir in the dried cherries.
- Allow granola to cool then layer your parfait in the cups.
- I like to start with granola on the bottom then the whipped fluff, more granola, and fruit. Finish with more whipped fluff, whipped cream, chocolate chips and a cherry if you’d like.
