- 5 cups Peanut Butter Chex™
- 4 cups Chocolate Chex™
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 +1/2 cups powdered sugar

Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.

In a 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter uncovered on high 1 minute; stir. If needed, microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stir gently until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
*Tip – do not over melt the chocolate/PB mixture. It’s easy to burn chocolate and there’s no saving it. After the initial 1 minute cooking time, stir really really well, you may not need any additional time – I didn’t.

Add powdered sugar to the bag. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container. I keep it in the fridge, it’s really good chilled!
